The Dorado assistant runs open models that we host on GPU servers we rent (from RunPod) under our own account. Your questions to the assistant and your data in Dorado are never sent to third-party AI companies. The one exception is an email you send to our support inbox, which Anthropic's Claude helps us read and answer (the privacy policy has the details).
Row-level security means your records are readable only by your own signed-in session — enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
When you ask the assistant something, it sees a short summary of your plan — courses, goals, college list, and upcoming dates. Your date of birth, address, and essay text stay out unless you paste them in.
