Bais Medrash of Dexter Park is a small Orthodox Jewish yeshiva serving the Dexter Park section of Queens, New York, organized entirely around advanced Talmudic study rather than a conventional undergraduate curriculum. Learning follows the traditional beit midrash model — independent and paired (chavrusa) study of Talmud and its commentaries, punctuated by shiurim (lectures) from rabbinic faculty — rather than a credit-hour class schedule. It serves young men already embedded in Orthodox community life who are pursuing full-time religious study rather than a secular degree.
