UW-Milwaukee Flex is the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's competency-based online program, designed for working adults rather than traditional-age residential students. Instead of progressing by semester credit hours, students advance by demonstrating mastery of material at their own pace, in a subscription-style enrollment model.
Worth knowing
This is not a campus experience in any conventional sense — there are no classes to attend, no dorms, no campus life — but the credential earned is a full UWM degree, in fields such as RN completion, information science, and diagnostic imaging, aimed at adults finishing a credential around work and family obligations.

A chance band (Far Reach to Likely) calibrated against real admitted-student data — published test-score ranges and, where a school reports them, Common Data Set GPA profiles — with plain-English reasons.
A fit breakdown across testing, grades, course rigor, activities, and honors, side by side with the numbers the school publishes.
Deadline countdowns where verified application dates are on file.
Creating an account is free and takes no card — college search, list tracking, and fit are all included.
