Overview

North American University is a small private university in Stafford, Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area, serving a student body with a notably high share of international students. It is a young institution relative to most Texas colleges, built around a compact set of professional and technical programs.

Academics

Academic offerings concentrate in business, computer science, and education, delivered in small classes typical of a university this size rather than through a broad liberal-arts catalog.

Worth knowing

The university's international student population is unusually large for a school of its size, giving it a more globally mixed campus community than most small Texas institutions.
