Logan University is a private health-sciences university in Chesterfield, Missouri, a St. Louis suburb, historically built around one of the most recognized chiropractic colleges in the country. Its identity has broadened over time into wider health sciences, nutrition, and sports-science graduate programs, but the chiropractic program remains its most established and best-known offering.
Undergraduate programs at Logan are structured largely as a pipeline into the university's own graduate health programs, especially the Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with a science-heavy curriculum and hands-on anatomy and clinical-skills training built in early. Faculty include practicing chiropractors and health professionals, and class sizes stay small given the university's overall scale.
Campus life is modest in scale and skews toward a career-focused, science-oriented student population rather than a large traditional undergraduate social scene. Undergraduates share campus space and some coursework with graduate and doctoral students, which shapes a more professional, less conventionally collegiate atmosphere.
Because so many students arrive intending to continue directly into Logan's own graduate chiropractic or health-science programs, admissions attention focuses on science coursework readiness and career commitment more than a broad, well-rounded applicant profile.
Logan's name carries specific weight within the chiropractic profession, and its alumni network is concentrated heavily in chiropractic practice and related wellness fields nationally, a narrower but deeper professional network than a general university would offer.
