The University of Florida's fully online undergraduate program, taught by the same faculty and granting the same degrees as the Gainesville campus, at a lower cost than the residential program. It functions as a parallel path to a flagship degree rather than a separate institution with its own identity.
Coursework mirrors UF's on-campus majors and is taught by regular UF faculty, so the degree carries the same weight as the Gainesville version. The format is built for self-paced, largely asynchronous study rather than a traditional semester rhythm centered on in-person class meetings.
There is no residential campus, housing, or traditional student-life component. The appeal is specifically for transfer students, working adults, and Florida residents who want a flagship credential without relocating or paying full on-campus cost.
