Overview

Luther Rice College & Seminary, based near Atlanta, Georgia, is a Baptist institution built around biblical studies, ministry preparation, and Christian counseling, delivered almost entirely online to reach working adults already embedded in church or ministry roles.

Academics

Coursework in Bible, theology, and pastoral ministry is designed to be completed alongside full-time work or existing ministry responsibilities, with an online-first model that predates much of higher education's more recent shift toward distance learning.

Worth knowing

Because instruction is delivered mostly online, the school suits students already committed to church work who need a flexible path to a credential, rather than students seeking a traditional residential college experience with dorm life and a campus community.
