Math League runs six in-class, proctored contests per school year for high school students, alongside separate contests for younger grades and an Algebra 1 track. A math teacher registers the school online for $100 per school year (no other fees), administers each contest in the regular classroom, and submits results online; calculators are no longer permitted starting with the 2026-27 season. Certificates and rankings are published after each contest and across the full season.
