Whitman's Visit Scholarship Program brings a select cohort of high school seniors from historically marginalized socioeconomic, racial, and cultural backgrounds to Walla Walla for a fully funded weekend. Participants stay overnight with a student host, eat in the dining halls, sit in on up to two classes, meet coaches and faculty, and interview with an admission officer. There's no separate open student application — a counselor or the student submits a nomination form, and Whitman invites participants directly.
