Senate pages live on Capitol Hill and work the Senate floor — delivering documents, preparing the chamber, and assisting senators and staff during sessions — for a semester or a summer session. You must be a junior (or a rising junior/senior for summer sessions), 16 or 17 years old on your appointment date, hold at least a 3.0 GPA, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Pages earn an annualized salary, with required room and board at the Daniel Webster Page Residence deducted from pay. There is no central application — you apply directly through your own U.S. Senator's office, and each office sets its own process and deadline.
