American Legion Jersey Boys State (New Jersey)

Summer program · The American Legion, Department of New Jersey

Jersey Boys State is New Jersey's American Legion-run version of Boys State: a full week of simulated city, county, and state government during Father's Day week, with delegates living on campus and voting to fill every office themselves. Any young man finishing his junior year who lives or attends school in New Jersey may apply through the program's online admissions portal. Tuition is $375 total — a $50 nonrefundable application fee plus $325 covering food, housing, and delegate supplies — and delegates must stay on campus for the full week.
