High School Internship Program (University of Maryland)
Research & internship · University of MarylandHigh school juniors and seniors from the DC-Maryland-Virginia region work about 10 hours a week for six weeks on a mentored research project spanning topics like climate change and geospatial analysis, presenting their findings at the end. The program runs remotely, is free, and pays a $900 stipend; a select group may continue into the academic year. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
