Sweet Briar's Fly-In Program helps any domestic high school junior, senior, or transfer student living at least 60 miles from campus visit and build a personalized agenda. The college reimburses airfare or rail up to $400 per ticket, or mileage up to $400 if driving, or up to $200 toward a rental car if driving, plus up to $100 toward a rental car if flying, for the student and one family member. It also covers up to two nights in a single room at the on-campus Elston Inn. There's no set deadline: students register for a visit, keep their travel receipts, and submit a reimbursement form afterward to get a check by mail.
