The JAX Summer Student Program embeds graduating high school seniors and undergraduates in genetics and genomics research at The Jackson Laboratory's campuses in Bar Harbor, Maine and Farmington, Connecticut for ten weeks, working alongside professional scientists. Students receive a $7,500 stipend plus fully covered room, board, and travel. Admission is competitive.
