Chicago Youth Works (City of Chicago)

Chicago Youth Works (formerly One Summer Chicago) connects city residents ages 14-24 with paid summer positions at businesses, nonprofits, and city agencies, working 20-25 hours a week for about six weeks. A smaller set of stipend-paid opportunities is open to younger teens (13-15) through specific partner organizations. You must live in the City of Chicago, and participants under 18 need parental consent to accept a placement. Apply online at chicagoyouthworks.org; the application takes about 20 minutes.
