STEM Enhancement in Earth Science (UT Austin)

STEM Enhancement in Earth Science (SEES) pairs high school sophomores and juniors with NASA, academic, and industry mentors on real mission data spanning remote sensing, astronomy, and planetary science. The program runs remote project work through the spring before a two-week on-site session at UT Austin. Students selected for a scholarship have housing, meals, and local transportation covered; a fee-based option exists for other admitted students who don't receive a scholarship. Applicants submit short essays, a video introduction, a transcript, and a recommendation form.
