We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution is a high school civics curriculum from the Center for Civic Education that culminates in simulated congressional hearings, where student teams testify before panels of judges acting as members of Congress. Classes compete in state competitions across the country; state champions advance to the National Finals in the Washington, D.C. area each spring, and the Center also runs a virtual National Invitational for middle- and high-school classes.
