Rising juniors and seniors work one-on-one with UC Davis faculty and research groups in the biological, agricultural, environmental, and natural sciences, each completing an individual project and a journal-style paper presented at a closing symposium. The program costs $7,750 plus a $45 application fee, though need-based fee reductions and application-fee waivers are available for students who request one before the deadline. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents residing in and attending school in the U.S., and must turn 16 before the program starts without turning 18 before it ends.
