WGI Sport of the Arts World Championships

Competition · Winter Guard International (WGI)

WGI Sport of the Arts runs three competitive circuits for scholastic and independent ensembles: Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds. Groups compete through regional events toward World Championships each April in Dayton, Ohio, judged in World, Open, and A Class divisions by skill level. Individual students don't pay to compete; the school or independent group registers and covers per-event fees, which are not itemized on the public site.
