Independent Community Bankers of South Dakota Scholarship

The Independent Community Bankers of South Dakota gives out ten $1,000 scholarships each year to South Dakota students heading to an in-state college, university, or technical school, open to graduating high school seniors and current students alike. You'll need a parent, guardian, or grandparent who works (or has worked) at a South Dakota community bank, or that connection yourself. Applications open August 1 and close October 1, and you'll submit an essay along with a letter of recommendation. Checks are sent straight to your school.
