The Trotter Project Scholarships

The Trotter Project awards up to $10,000 each through three named scholarships: the Charlie Trotter Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship (culinary arts/baking & pastry), the Homaro Cantu Scholarship (hospitality management), and the Farmer Lee Jones Scholarship (food science/agriculture). Both high school seniors and current college students at accredited U.S. institutions may apply. Applicants submit a resume, transcript, recommendation letter, and a short video expressing how they pursue excellence in their field.
