Virginia DAR Scholarship

Virginia's Daughters of the American Revolution give four scholarships a year to graduating seniors from a Virginia high school or home-school program who plan to attend a Virginia college or university in any field other than nursing. The per-award amount isn't published. No DAR affiliation is required to apply, and children of DAR members are equally eligible. Selection is based on academic merit, potential for success, and financial need. A separate two-award Virginia Nursing Scholarship exists for nursing-bound seniors.
