The New Hampshire Association of Fire Chiefs awards six scholarships a year — two at $5,000, two at $2,500, and two at $1,000 — to graduating seniors or post-secondary students pursuing fire protection, EMS, emergency management, or healthcare study. The two larger tiers go to a legal dependent of an active NHAFC member; the $1,000 tier goes to a member of any fire department whose chief belongs to NHAFC. You'll need at least a 3.0 GPA and to agree to attend an NHAFC meeting to accept the award.
