AGC of Iowa Foundation High School Scholarship

The AGC Iowa Foundation offers $1,000 scholarships to Iowa high school seniors headed into a community college program in heavy equipment operation, engineering technology, general construction, or diesel technology. The heavy highway construction industry is short on skilled workers, so preference goes to applicants who want to work in that field after graduation. The application asks a few short essay questions about your relevant coursework, career goals, extracurriculars, and any ties you already have to a heavy highway or underground utility company.
