The Trojan Guarantee covers any tuition left over after other financial aid at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, so an eligible student can earn a bachelor's degree without paying tuition out of pocket. To qualify, a student needs to keep and maintain Pell eligibility and receive the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship (a separate state award, which itself requires Arkansas residency); UA Little Rock then automatically applies the Trojan Guarantee on top of those to cover whatever tuition remains. It's part of the university's broader affordability push, alongside a Half-Off Scholarship available to non-Pell-eligible Arkansans. Institutional scholarships for incoming freshmen don't require a separate application beyond admission and the FAFSA.
DemographicsMust be an Arkansas resident and graduating high school senior who is Pell-eligible and receives the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship, enrolling full-time at UA Little Rock.
Covers any tuition remaining after Pell Grant, the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship, and other gift aid; no fixed dollar amount.
