The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation -- best known for creating college football's Biletnikoff Award -- also funds scholarships for graduating seniors across an 11-county Big Bend region who have overcome a significant physical, mental, emotional, or environmental challenge on their way to the top of their class. Applicants need at least a 3.0 unweighted (or 3.25 weighted) GPA and do not have to play a high school sport to qualify. The Foundation typically awards about 15 scholarships each year, and recipients are honored at its annual awards banquet in Tallahassee.
