MG James Ursano Scholarship Program

Army Emergency Relief funds this need-based scholarship for dependent children of active-duty, retired, or deceased Army soldiers pursuing their first undergraduate degree. Award amounts are set each year by the total AER scholarship budget, the number of applicants, each student's FAFSA-based Student Aid Index, and average college cost of attendance. Recipients can reapply for up to four academic years as long as they continue meeting eligibility criteria.
