Run in partnership with UNCF, the Fidelity Scholars Program supports high school seniors (or students not currently enrolled) heading toward a bachelor's degree or a community college pathway. It's open to any eligible student — not just children of Fidelity employees — who lives in one of the program's partner states or regions, shows financial need, and has roughly a 2.5 to 3.59 GPA. Beyond scholarship funding, recipients get mentorship from Fidelity associate volunteers, career coaching, and financial education support.
