Tulane's Stamps Scholarship covers the total cost of attendance — tuition, mandatory fees, housing, and meals — plus an enrichment fund supporting study abroad, undergraduate research, academic/co-curricular conferences, and unpaid internships. Roughly 5 students are selected each year. Since the high school class of 2026, no separate application is required: all applicants are automatically considered for Tulane's full-tuition and full-ride merit scholarships (including Stamps) once they complete the Common Application, CSS Profile, and FAFSA (if applicable); a smaller pool of semifinalists is then invited to submit a scholarship supplement, with finalists invited to interview in the spring. Selection looks for superior high school performance, highly competitive standardized test scores (where submitted), exceptional community and school involvement, and extraordinary intellectual promise.
DemographicsRequires admission to Tulane University with completed scholarship-consideration steps (Common App, CSS Profile/FAFSA); semifinalists are invited to submit a supplemental application.
Full cost of attendance (tuition, fees, housing, meals) plus a discretionary enrichment fund.
