Bright Flight Scholarship

Bright Flight rewards Missouri high school graduates who score in the top 5% of the state's ACT or SAT test-takers. Tier 1 (the highest scorers) receive up to $3,000 a year and Tier 2 up to $1,000 a year, for up to 10 semesters at a participating Missouri college. The qualifying score must be earned by the June test date following graduation, and a 2.5 GPA is required to renew.

Eligibility

DemographicsRequires a composite ACT/SAT score in the top 5% of Missouri test-takers (recent cycles: roughly ACT 30-31 for Tier 2, 32+ for Tier 1); must be a Missouri resident and U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled at a participating Missouri college, and maintain a 2.5 GPA to renew.
