National PTA's Reflections program invites students to create original work around an annual theme in dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, or visual arts. Entries progress through local, state, and national judging; the High School division (grades 9-12) competes alongside an Accessible Arts division open to students with disabilities at any grade level. National-level winners receive a Young Artist Scholarship — $200 for an Award of Excellence, up to $800 for the top Outstanding Interpretation Award — plus a medal and certificate. National winners are announced each May 1.
