Nashville Predators Jack Diller Education Award

Named for longtime Predators executive Jack Diller, this Preds Foundation award gives four Nashville/Middle Tennessee-area college-bound seniors $2,500 each -- $10,000 total per year -- for demonstrating leadership in the classroom or on the athletic field, strong work ethic, and community involvement. Applicants need at least a 3.0 GPA from sophomore year on and submit a 2-3 page essay on their community involvement or leadership role; both merit and financial need are considered when selecting winners. Immediate family of the selection committee or Predators front-office staff can't apply. The award drew more than 120 applicants from 75 high schools in 2026. No fixed deadline or portal is published, so check the Predators community page for the current cycle.

Eligibility

DemographicsOpen to college-bound seniors currently attending a high school in Nashville or the greater Middle Tennessee area; immediate family of the selection committee or Predators front-office staff are ineligible.
