Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska Higher Education Program

The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska's Higher Education Program helps enrolled members pay for college after other financial aid sources are exhausted. Students reapply each term with a Certificate of Indian Blood, letter of admission, financial needs analysis, and transcripts. On top of base assistance, the program pays GPA-based incentive awards ranging from $250 for a 2.5 GPA up to $400 for a 4.0 GPA, funding permitting.
