Oglala Sioux Tribe Higher Education Grant Program

The Oglala Sioux Tribe's Higher Education Grant Program helps enrolled tribal members pay for college through the tribe's own Higher Education Office. After filing the FAFSA and applying for a Pell Grant, students submit a needs analysis to receive help with tuition, books, and fees, plus a monthly stipend for costs Pell doesn't cover. Awards are paid out monthly during the semester, and eligible summer coursework is funded through a separate summer application.
