Oklahoma State Regents' Rising Scholars Award (University of Oklahoma)

Oklahoma's Rising Scholars Program Award gives OU-bound Oklahoma residents $24,000 a year when they score at or above the 99.5th percentile on the ACT or SAT -- a combined Reading/Math/English ACT score of 103, or an SAT Reading+Math score of 1560, for fall 2026 -- or hold National Merit Scholar, Finalist, or U.S. Presidential Scholar recognition. The award is automatic upon admission for qualifying Oklahoma residents; no separate application is required. Renewal calls for full-time enrollment, at least 24 credit hours a year, and a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
