CollegeBound Foundation's College Completion Program is a renewable, need-based Last Dollar Grant or Book Award of up to $3,000 a year for Baltimore City public high school graduates who demonstrate financial need and are eligible for a Pell Grant or Maryland State Financial Aid, and who are accepted to and attending a four-year college or university. If unmet need exceeds $3,000, applicants must document how the remaining gap will be financed. Awards are gift money that never has to be repaid, and are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so it pays to apply as soon as the cycle opens. Required documents include a FAFSA or MSFAA submission summary, a Financial Aid Award Offer, an MHEC notification letter (for Maryland institutions), and an unofficial senior transcript. Apply through the CollegeBound Foundation Scholarship Portal.
DemographicsMust be a graduating senior of a Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPSS) high school.
Up to $3,000/year, renewable; awarded first-come, first-served to students with demonstrated financial need.
