Tulsa Achieves is a last-dollar scholarship that covers tuition and mandatory fees at Tulsa Community College for up to three years (63 credit hours), for any U.S. citizen or legal resident who graduates from a public, private, or home school while living in Tulsa County. It fills the gap left after other financial aid and grants are applied, so it's worth applying even if you already qualify for other aid. Coverage is pro-rated by how many years of high school you lived in Tulsa County: 100% for all four years, down to 75%, 50%, or 25% for fewer years, with senior-year-only residents receiving 25%. Recipients must graduate with at least a 2.0 GPA, enroll at TCC the fall right after graduation, and keep Tulsa County residency plus ongoing GPA, enrollment, and community-service requirements to renew the award each year.
DemographicsMust be a graduating public, private, or homeschooled high school senior (U.S. citizen or legal resident) who lives in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and enroll at Tulsa Community College the fall immediately after graduation; the award percentage is pro-rated by how many years of high school were spent as a Tulsa County resident.
