NCOA Scholarship Fund

The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA) Scholarship Fund has provided non-repayable scholarships to dependents of NCOA members since 1975. Awards are $900 per school year for undergraduate study, usable for tuition, room and board, fees, and books; children of members must be under 25 to receive their initial grant, and the parent must be a current NCOA member. High school applicants submit two letters of recommendation, a personal recommendation from a non-relative adult, an autobiography, transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, and a composition of at least 200 words on Americanism. Financial need is not normally a selection factor. Applications open January 1 and are due March 31.
