Chester County Community Foundation (CCCF) manages dozens of donor-named scholarship funds, most restricted to graduating seniors at one particular Chester County, Pennsylvania high school -- from Avon Grove and Bayard Rustin to the Downingtown- and Coatesville-area schools, plus a handful of county-wide funds. A student's own high school guidance office is the primary source for which funds they qualify for, and many funds can also be reached through the Foundation's online Universal Application. Because each fund is independently established and funded by its own donor, award amounts, essay and recommendation requirements, and renewal terms are set separately per scholarship rather than following one uniform policy across the whole program.
