Chi Am Circle has awarded scholarships to graduating high school seniors of Asian descent in Santa Clara County for over 40 years, worth $1,000 to $5,000 based on academic standing and community involvement. Applicants need at least a 3.3 unweighted GPA, must be U.S. citizens or legal residents, and must be accepted to a two- or four-year accredited college. In the 2026 cycle Chi Am awarded over $128,000 across 43 graduating seniors. A separate Outreach Scholarship supports Santa Clara County Asian American students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Eligibility
DemographicsMust reside and attend high school in Santa Clara County, CA (or be the child/grandchild of an active Chi Am member), and be of Asian descent as defined by the California Department of Education.
