Ohio's Electric Cooperatives Children of Employees and Trustees Scholarship

This Ohio's Electric Cooperatives award distributes up to $47,500 a year among children, legal wards, or household residents of an employee or trustee of an Ohio rural electric distribution cooperative, Buckeye Power, Ohio's Rural Electric Cooperatives, or the Cardinal Power Plant. Applicants need a 3.0 GPA (or a career 'B' average), a teacher recommendation letter, and must complete an in-person interview. Apply through your family's employing cooperative or the OEC youth programs office; full-ride scholarship recipients and past statewide-scholarship winners are not eligible.
