Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Higher Education Program

The Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Higher Education Program funds enrolled tribal members attending an accredited college or university full- or part-time, at any degree level and in any field of study. Awards are paid based on credits completed with a grade of C or better, and the incentive amount is set by Tribal Council each fiscal year.
