Northeastern National Scholarships (Northeastern University)

Northeastern automatically grants a competitive, merit-based Northeastern National Scholarship to admitted students recognized as National Merit Finalists or National Recognition Program Scholars -- no separate application is required. A student who qualifies both ways is only eligible for one. National Merit Finalists need to designate Northeastern University-Boston as their choice with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation; National Recognition Program Scholars submit their documentation directly to Northeastern admissions. The award may replace merit aid a student was already offered, so it's worth confirming with financial aid how it affects an existing package.
