Wyoming Daughters of the American Revolution Scholarship

This Wyoming Community Foundation fund awards $3,000 to a female Wyoming high school graduate or GED recipient who is at least 1/8th American Indian by descent, with a minimum 2.0 GPA. The application essay asks about the applicant's heritage and tribal affiliation and how she plans to use her education to benefit herself and other Native Americans. Recipients may reapply for one additional year. It's submitted through the Foundation's common scholarship application, due March 1 each year, with awards announced by May 5.
