New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) · State

NJ STARS covers full tuition (up to 18 credits per semester) for up to five semesters at a student's home New Jersey county college. Eligibility is based on class rank rather than GPA: students must rank in the top 15% of their class at the end of either junior or senior year and enroll full-time within five semesters of graduating. The award does not cover fees, books, or living costs.
