TAAIS Memorial Foundation Asthma Scholarship Award

The TAAIS Memorial Foundation pays $5,000 directly to the college of up to ten Texas high school seniors with asthma each year. Applicants must be planning to attend a Texas college or university and submit a physician's report confirming the diagnosis, a counselor recommendation letter, and a recommendation letter from a teacher or community adult, along with a personal statement (essay, video, art, poetry, or music) about asthma.
