Comfort Cases Hope Scholarships

Comfort Cases, best known for providing duffel bags to children entering foster care, also runs the Hope Scholarships for graduating high school seniors who have been in the foster care system for at least 36 months. Recipients must be U.S. residents planning full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or trade program and cannot receive the award more than once. Selection weighs leadership potential, academic interests, and financial/emotional support need; winners also receive ongoing "Hope Box" care packages. The 2026 deadline was April 30, 2026, with recipients announced in July; the 2027 cycle has not yet been posted.
