Wegmans Employee Scholarship Program

Wegmans awards employee scholarships worth up to $8,000 over four years for part-time employees and up to $16,000 over four years for full-time employees and management interns, usable toward any course of study at an accredited college. Eligibility is based on meeting work-performance expectations and employment criteria set by the program. More than 1,500 employees receive scholarships in a typical year, and the program has awarded over $150 million to more than 48,000 employees since 1984.
