National Merit Semifinalist Package (University of Tulsa)

The National Merit Semifinalist Package is the University of Tulsa's highest academic scholarship, covering full tuition (excluding summers) for four years -- with a fifth year available by petition -- plus Tier I housing. It is not automatic: students must submit all admission materials, make an official campus visit, complete an in-person interview, and provide two letters of recommendation (one academic, one non-academic), all by November 1, and must designate UTulsa as their first-choice school with the National Merit Corporation. A minimum 4.0 weighted GPA is required, and the award cannot be combined with other UTulsa scholarships.

DemographicsRequires admission to the University of Tulsa as a National Merit Semifinalist who designates UTulsa as first-choice school with the National Merit Corporation; a separate application, campus visit, in-person interview, and two recommendation letters are required, all due November 1.

Applying

Covers full tuition (excluding summers) for four years, with Tier I housing included; a fifth year is available by petition to complete a degree. Cannot be combined with other UTulsa scholarships or funding.
