Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund

Open to graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, GED recipients, or currently enrolled undergraduates who are the dependent child, step-child, or non-uniformed registered spouse of a U.S. Navy Chief, Senior Chief, or Master Chief Petty Officer (active duty, retired, honorably discharged, Reserve, or deceased). Excludes students already attending on a full ROTC or service-academy scholarship, or those whose sponsor converted to LDO/CWO. Applications are reviewed by an independent panel of Chiefs at the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy in Newport, RI.

Eligibility

DemographicsRestricted to dependents (child, step-child, or registered non-uniformed spouse) of a Navy Chief/Senior Chief/Master Chief Petty Officer; not eligible if attending on a full ROTC/service-academy scholarship or if sponsor converted to LDO/CWO.

Applying

Two MCPON Scholarships of $5,000 each, plus approximately 20-50 additional $2,000 scholarships awarded annually depending on fund availability.
